Welcome to Dervi.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Dervi website, mobile application, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Description

Dervi is a hyper-local commerce platform operating in Dera Ghazi Khan that enables customers to order food, groceries, medicines, and other local services from independent vendors.

Dervi acts as a technology platform connecting customers with vendors. Vendors are responsible for preparing products and arranging delivery through their own riders.

3. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or use the Platform under supervision of a guardian.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Account Registration

To use certain services, you must create an account. You may register using:

  • Email and password
  • Google Sign-In
  • Apple Sign-In

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

5. Orders

  • Orders placed through Dervi are requests sent to vendors.
  • Vendors accept or reject orders based on availability.
  • Once confirmed, orders enter preparation and delivery processes.
  • Order preparation time is controlled by the vendor.

Dervi does not prepare food or products and is not responsible for vendor operations.

6. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices displayed on Dervi are provided by vendors.
  • Payment may be made through available payment methods shown on checkout.
  • All payments are processed securely through encrypted systems.

Dervi reserves the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by technical issues.

7. Delivery

  • Delivery is performed by vendor riders.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational factors.
  • Customers must ensure availability at the delivery location.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unreachable customer, the order may be marked completed or canceled without refund eligibility.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders may be canceled before vendor confirmation.
  • After preparation begins, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Refund decisions are made based on issue verification.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or approved alternative.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Provide false information
  • Misuse promotional offers or vouchers
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform
  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
  • Harass vendors, riders, or support staff

10. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors listed on Dervi operate independently. Vendors are solely responsible for:

  • Food quality and product safety
  • Preparation standards
  • Product availability
  • Delivery execution through their riders

Dervi provides the technology platform only.

11. Promotions, Vouchers and Bonus Programs

Dervi may offer discounts, vouchers, loyalty rewards, or promotional campaigns.

  • Promotions may have expiration dates.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Dervi reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

12. Platform Availability

We aim to keep the Platform operational at all times. However, availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Dervi does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including logos, branding, design, software, and text belongs to Dervi or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dervi shall not be liable for:

  • Vendor product quality issues
  • Delivery delays caused by vendors or riders
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss arising from user misuse of the Platform

15. Suspension or Termination

Dervi may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

16. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Pakistan.

18. Changes to Terms

Dervi reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
